Our Mission
Our mission here at 2 Team Guys is to facilitate teamwork, leadership, and personal development by creating unique learning environments that are both physically and mentally challenging. Through scenario-based courses, you learn technical skills, and execute those skills in a specific context. Our courses are rooted in Army Special Forces doctrine and adapted to trials of the modern civilian world. You will learn new technical skills, and you will learn more about yourself. We will help you, personally and professionally, build your capacity to translate your vision into reality. We will help you find your way, or make one.
Why 2 Team Guys?
2TG originally operated under the banner of an ornithological organization, which I chose partly for fun and partly as a nod to one of my mentors. We presented bird watching as a lighthearted front for a more serious, membership-based initiative dedicated to training individuals in readiness and resilience, a secret society of sorts. In retrospect, secret societies often present an air of elitism. We are not that! We are open to all.
We offer unique, often overlooked training to small groups of adventurous individuals. I am passionate about developing teamwork and leadership skills, fostering personal awareness, and enhancing problem-solving abilities. Each course in our catalog develops crucial life skills. Most of our courses are scenario-based, allowing participants to engage in practical applications of the unique skills we teach. These programs focus on leadership, teamwork, and resilience in austere and demanding conditions.
Our ethos and motto "Find A Way or Make One" reinforces the values threaded across all courses: responsibility, accountability, and selflessness. This course line-up allows us to provide an impactful team and individual experience. We deliver a unique blend of skills and objectives that you won’t find elsewhere. Lodging Options
On-Site Team Room
Military cots in an open bay with power. Access to a full bathroom. Some courses require this option as part of the scenario. No cost.
Lock and Dam Campsite
Camping with power option. Bath house on site. 3 miles from OSS/2TG training facility. Inexpensive option and beautiful environment.

Robert "Edgar" Mills
Founder of Osprey Shooting Solutions and 2 Team Guys. Edgar is a 25-year veteran of the US Army, 16 of those years with Special Forces. He has a passion for developing other's capacity for leadership and teamwork because of a genuine desire to see others succeed in their own endeavors. He and the 2TG team take immense pride in bringing unique, relevant training to clients across a broad spectrum of career fields. 2TG will help you become a formidable leader, an indispensable teammate, and a more confident, competent human.
